Friday Sketchers Challenge

Hello everyone! I have just finished my 4th Friday Sketchers Challenge card! I used the beautiful floral paper that my mom bought me for my 12th birthday.






































I am not sure who I am giving this card to yet, so it will just have to go in 'my collection' drawer for now!

Here are the cards I have done so far: I have really enjoyed each sketch and hope to do many more!

Friday Sketchers is great fun, and I love planning and making the card. Giving it away is just as much fun! The Bible verse is very true: "It is more blessed to give than to receive"

Friday Sketchers Challenge

This is my 3rd Friday Sketchers Challenge card. I really enjoyed making this card, it was defiantly 1 of the best I have made so far!

I made it for a friend.

















I made a flower out of lots of daises, which I punched out of my puncher, then I put them all together with a brad.

I got my mom to write 'FRIENDS' on the little oval. I then put lace over the middle of the card to add some decoration.

















I decided not to cut around the stamp, but to rather cut it into a rectangle. I coloured in the stamp with the watercolour pencils my mom and dad gave me for Christmas 2009 and glittered the ribbons, flowers, shoes and part of the dress.

What fun I had!

Friday Sketchers Challenge

Here is my second Friday Sketchers Challenge card. I really loved making this card It is for my Mom's birthday on Sunday. I wrote 'BIRTHDAY' on it and decorated it with little flowers along the side. I really hope my mom likes her card....but shh, don't say anything to her!!

Friday Sketchers Challenge

This week, I took part in my first Friday Sketchers Challenge. My friend, Heidi-Mari sent me some stamps (read the full story here).

I had so much fun making this card! I made it for Heidi-Mari's family because they have just welcomed their eighth baby into the world!

My mom bought me some cute baby paper from the craft shop at the mall, and some cardstock. She also bought me a few accessories!
