The Completed Garment...

You may remember my post from sometime ago, New Pattern and Fabric Bliss...?
Well, I just realised I hadn't shared a photograph of the completed items yet!

This short-sleeve peasant top was simple to make, and is a lovely addition to my wardrobe...as Winter is setting in, I have had to put it away for the summertime, though....

The sun has come out today, so perhaps I will have some time to photograph my sewing project a bit later...:)

Have a very blessed and restful weekend, dearest readers!

This is very pretty Kelly-Anne, pity you will have to wait for warmer weather to wear it. I think several of these tops in different fabrics would be very handy.

Oh, what a beautiful dress you've made, Kelly-Anne! I love the fabric! It has a floral-like paisley that is just gorgeous! It must be hard to put this away and wait until summer to wear it! I remember when I was your age that I made all my clothes...and clothes for my sisters' Barbie dolls. I loved to sew and even made clothes for my mom and even my grandmother. Those were the days that I would line dresses, suits, and jumpers. Haha! Not sure people do that much anymore. But what a wonderful seamstress you are! Hugs and have a blessed weekend!
