In the spring garden...

...Spring Sows

Summer Grows

Autumn Reaps

Winter Sleeps...

How delightful it is to spend a couple of tranquil hours in the spring garden, tending the delicate and fragile new plants popping up everywhere, and pulling up the ferocious weeds threatening to take over and smother the life out of them!

 {Bright Calendula...}

It feels so simple and peaceful to be in God’s glorious creation and to see the new life bursting forth...  How blessed to be a gardener, growing and tending the little piece of earth He has given us to use...

 {Lush Apple Mint...}

Whilst sowing spring seeds with joy and expectation in my heart this lovely morning, I was reminded of how important it is for us as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, to sow seeds of hope and salvation in the hearts of those who do not know Him...

 {Courgette...}

It may seem futile to pray for them...  It may even appear worthless to sow these seeds...  But remember that often we are just required to sow that small seed - another person might water it and then it may just grow...

 {Beetroot Seedlings...}

Do not be discouraged or become weary in praying for a person’s salvation...

Show God’s love and remain on your knees, for your prayers are powerful.

How does your garden grow in the month of September...?

Blessings and love,

My Mom showed me your blog, then we looked at Busymitts to get an idea of what you do in your spare time. I am homeschooled (just started this year). I plan to start my own business when I am 12 years old. Thanks for giving me some perspective on working while schooling at home. I will probably be doing small engine repair work, and renting myself out to play the violin at events, but your blog still gave me incentive to plan to succeed.

Wow! How wonderful that you are already planning what it is you would like to do in the near future, Blaine! And thank you so much for your comment! I'm so glad you stopped by today:). Blessings, Kelly
