I love wrapping gifts...there is just something delightful about selecting lovely materials to wrap a special gift in...and I love how even the simplest details can make a present look beautiful and attractive...
"The only gift is a portion of thyself." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
...All it takes is a brown kraft paper box...
...A little lace...
And a simple gift tag...
...Baker's Twine...
And so much ❤...
"If
instead of a gem, or even a flower, we should cast the gift of a loving
thought into the heart of a friend, that would be giving as the angels
give." ~ George MacDonald
Do you have a favourite way to wrap a gift...?

I love simple wrapping ideas -- yours is so very lovely!
Oh my, that's really gorgeous, Kelly-Anne. The light blue contrasts beautifully with the brown paper gift box.
Have wonderful day! (as soon as the sun rises, that is..;)
That wrapping idea is beautiful!<3 Thank you for sharing this with us Kelly-Anne!
This is my favorite way to wrap gifts! A base of nice brown paper and a lot of lace and love :) I hope you had a nice summer and I look forward to visiting your beautiful blog again as I catch up with house work! :)
Your package is beautifully simple and elegant! I hope you are enjoying your day :)
Simply exquisite and exquisitely simple, Kelly-Anne! I love the two colors you used!
Have a blessed day!

Dearest Kelly-Anne,
How lovely the simplicity is of this package! I just love it- I am always inspired with new ideas after I visit your blog. Absolutely beautiful!

Oh, how pretty! There is something about blue and brown together...or pink and green...I like pink and brown together, too! There are so many pretty color combinations! But, this is truly beautiful...so simple and exquisite! Thank you for sharing, sweet friend. :)
Lace always makes anything look pretty! It's the added touches made that makes someone feel so special...almost more than the gift inside the package! Lovely post Kelly-Anne.
Absolutely stunning, my friend. The simple things are truly the loveliest. And lace always adds an elegant touch.
Much love to you!
Kelly-Anne,
I love to begin gift wrapping with kraft boxes or wrap. It does seem to go with just about anything you put with it. In this case, the blue lace adds such a sweet delicate touch. So pretty!

Simple but very pretty and a perfect shade of blue.
Lovely, just lovely Kelly-Anne.
My mother has such a gift for wrapping, oh they were the most beautiful packages. She doesn't do that much any more due to her arthritis in her hands.
I gleaned much from her, and ever so thankful I did.
Now a days people just use gift bags.
I love too pretty up a package, especially when it's for a lady. There is so much you can do...
Bless you~ Debbie
I also use for a few years to put gifts in simple boxes and then to wrap them with a lace, but yours is simply gorgeous, it expresses all the joy of your blessed heart, my darling Kelly-Anne !
Thank you for sharing such gladness,
have a most beautiful day, dear one !
With love
Dany
I believe that when someone puts so much thought, love and effort to wrap a present like this it will truly show the receiver how much one cares about them and how special they are. I know the gift itself says that already but the sweet wrapping is just a little extra more :-) Sweet, simple and absolutely beautiful. I love it Kelly-Anne.
Hugs,
❤️Ana
Now isn't that the prettiest package??!! Thanks for the wonderfully, simple, but beautiful idea for wrapping a gift, Kelly-Anne. I'm going to get a roll of craft paper, and I already have some pretty trim.
Have a lovely weekend, sweet friend! Love and hugs!
Oh, Kelley-Anne, such beautiful blue lace, and what a perfect match with the kraft box. For me, I love wrapping, but more often than not, I end up with a gift bag and pretty tissue with a hand-made card inside. Hugs, sweet friend!
Such a lovely idea, Kelly-Anne. Many years ago, when I was an active gardener, I would include a twig of rosemary in the ribbon of a Christmas gift to give it a wonderful fragrance.
Beautiful, simple and effective. The gorgeous blue lace is perfect. I love wrapping gifts with a personal touch. It is a pity that with the rush and hurry at Christmas many people just settle for the department store´s wrapping.
