A Lovely Gift....

 

My dear mother spotted these lovely serving bowls at the second~hand store the other day and
brought them home as a gift to my sister and I...

Wasn't that so kind of her...? 

 

...Popping them in my little hope~chest...{{smiles}}

What a sweet surprise! I think hope chests are wonderful. I had one, and so enjoyed collecting and making these for my future home.

The heart of a Mother is always unique .... and I have to add that She has also such a good taste, their decoration is so delicate and refined ... I wonder how precious they're for you both !

What a lovely, thoughtful gift from your dear mother! So pretty! I remember making my hope chest and how much fun it was! I still have the chest in our bedroom at the end of our bed. So many precious memories packed in there through the years!! I cherish those, and you will always cherish yours, too, sweet friend. Thank you for the sweet post!
