Dearest friends...I am so grateful and blessed by your prayers and sweet concern for our family...

As my dear mother's due date draws nigh, the busyness in our household increases - we are currently putting the finishing touches on Little One's nursery and I hope to share pictures of our handiwork very soon...

We have yet to find out when the C-section will be scheduled for, but we will more than likely meet our precious new brother in the next three weeks or so!  How perfectly exciting it that??

Realising that another darling babe is about to join our family, all the tiresome work and busy days become small and insignificant in comparision with the incredible miracle of new life...such a wonderful gift from God!  {{smiles}}

I am thanking the Lord today...and everyday, for the joy of having sweet friends to share this precious time in our lives with, and for the love expressed in the prayers, emails and comments each of you have left!

Oh, and I wanted to show you the sweet heart garlands I had fun making this week...perhaps you've already guessed...I love creating Valentine's inspired things!  {{happy sigh}}.  I think they turned out quite beautifully...  I used double-sided scrapbook paper which gave the garlands some extra colour and cheer!  Have you been busy at your craft table with any Valentine~related crafts...?

Thursday Pearls ~ Welcoming the New Year...

I read these beautiful words this morning in the back of my little book, The Quiet Place by Nancy Leigh DeMoss, which a very dear friend of mine sent to me earlier this year...  

I thought I would share them with you this morning for Thursday Pearls as I think they are wonderful to ponder on this day, the last day of 2015...  

May Jesus guide you all in this coming year and may you grow closer to Him and become all He created you to be...

 

O Lord,

I launch my bark on the unknown water of this year,
